I was perusing inhabitat's web site (www.inhabitat.com) and found the new sconce/wall lamp designs from Michelle Kaufman. They're very cool (literally) and would look great in any modernist home,

As i downsize my house (have gone from 2500 SF to 800 SF over the years) I'm always looking for simple designs to complement my increasingly sparse/minimalist style.

Like most good designs they're pricey (well for we underpaid goverment worker drones anyway).

Why not make the episodes available (after they have aired) on iTunes? Preferably for free or at least at low cost...

Then I can watch them on my computer, iPod, or TV (via Apple TV).

I have been watching the building of Kevin's green home in the Building Green TV program and had a few questions:

What is the footprint of the house & garage in square feet?
What is the total area of the house including both floors?
What was the per square foot cost of constrcution alone?
