Hi David, we had some clients using straw bales for their homes. Even if we were not involved in building the straw bales, we provided a very solid frame structure, where the straw bales were filled in between the frame. Not only the structure becomes extremely strong, but also settlements could be avoided. Most of all they loved the fact that one can build the complete frame with a finished roof on it. Then the straw bales can be sheltered in the centre of the structure, and used from there to build the walls in the dry.
