The new design by Nichoel Farris, 'Sonoma House', is a gorgeous, barn-style, 1200sqft granny home with a modern interior that is healthier, more energy efficient, and better for the environment! Additional environmental products featured with the home are: Energy Star Qualified New Home Construction, Rainwater Catchment System,PV Solar,Metal Roof, No or Low VOC Paints, Lime Plaster Paints, LCD Flat Screen with Control 4 Home Monitoring System, Reclaimed Wood Flooring, Local Art & Photography, Pergola and Cupola constructed for scrap/ reclaimed wood, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) , Smart Vents, Natural Soapstone Counters, Whole house water filter, Improved indoor air quality, LED lighting, Occupancy Sensors for Home Lighting Maintenance, Tank-less Water Heater, There will even be an electric car plug on the outside wall!

In 2002, Nichoel Farris founded American Home Sales, a local prefab home design company specializing in factory built custom homes and cottages.
