Abacus GC just recently finished the Newport District Modern House Project in Bend, Oregon. These five unique dwellings organically blend metal, wood, glass and stone. Every material is carefully selected to minimize consumption, toxins and waste while maximizing energy efficiency and creature comforts, from sustainably harvested forest products to solar panels that reduce electrical needs.

Based in Bend, Oregon, Abacus envisions a brighter, greener more livable approach to urban in-fill development – a new generation of intelligently designed, evolutionary homes.
