We design, engineer, manufacture and test each of our products in our state-of-the-art Green manufacturing plant in Lake Forest, California.
LED Concepts’ Green manufacturing begins with our design process and an assessment as to whether each step in our process meets Green standards. We use only biodegradable, renewable and recyclable materials in our production process. As our design process evolves, our engineers make sure that each product is functional, cost-effective and easy to disassemble and reuse at product’s end of life. Our products are all manufactured in an environmentally benign and energy-conscious atmosphere. We have implemented consequent waste reduction and resource recycling, along with a Research & Development focus on energy-saving products and avoidance of raw materials considered harmful.
LED Concepts received a 2009 Harvey Mudd College Green Engineering Certificate of Merit for our energy efficient products at the TechAmerica High-Tech Innovation Awards.
