Being frugal also means being green. We save what we can, and we add only what we need to.

With this project, the idea was to add only the amount of square footage that was required to achieve the client's goals while using smart design techniques to minimize the amount of energy needed to heat and cool the home. We did this with passive solar strategies and by isolating the guest space that would seldom be occupied.
