Shell House with the Hook&Build Building System

Shell House with the Hook&Build Building System

The same Shell House with different roof types. It demonstrates the flexibility of the Hook&Build™ Building System.

Shell Housing

To show the flexibility of the Shell House, the same basic layout is used but with different roof types. The framing of the Hook&Build™ Building System gives the possibility of changing the roof lines. All following building components follow the frame like a template.

This is especially of interest to larger developments, where time efficiency is most important, but uniformity has to be avoided.

Using engineered wood (glue-lam) in this sample for the frame, there is high accuracy and strength in the framing, and no cracked, bent, or twisted wood, which is often found in timber frames using solid green wood. There is no shrinkage and all connections are tight because of the locking device (Wolfhook) used throughout the Hook&Build™ Building System.
