Glen Lindenstadt has been a merchant banker for the past 17 years and initiated over $1 billion in transactions in over 70 completed deals. He is an active participant in social and environmental entrepreneurial circles with a particular interest in solar technologies and services.

After working for top tier Wall Street firms in New York , Glen established his own merchant banking firm, The Lindenstadt Company (“TLC”) in 1990. He has worked with thousands of companies both nationally and internationally on mergers, acquisitions, financing, valuations, management, joint ventures and business development. TLC’s transactions have been in a number of industries including Health care services sector, from raising capital and doing business development for the largest physician’s oncology group in the country (PRN)( Over a Billion dollar market cap), to homecare nursing, DME, Hospice, Respiratory, Infusion Therapy, Surgery Centers, Cardiac care, supplies, disposables, etc.

Glen graduated with Honors from the University of Southern California with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Political Science. He also attended the International Institute in Geneva Switzerland and is fluent in German. His graduate degree in International Public Administration and Business was awarded by U.S.C. Glen an avid surfer and respected Waterman is active in the Surfrider Foundation, E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs), the German-American Chamber of Commerce, Social Venture Network, and is on the board of the Ernst Lubitsch Film Foundation. He was also the creator of the TLC Entrepreneur program for the Orange County School District .
