Personal Information:
After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pennsylvania State University with a semester abroad at the University of Manchester, England, Kathleen made her way west to begin her career in television and film in Los Angeles. She spent six years in production working as a Production Coordinator and Associate Producer on various network and cable TV shows including NBC’s Unsolved Mysteries, ESPN’s Toyota Pro Celebrity Race, as well as an Assistant to the Producer of Harold Ramis’s film Stuart Saves His Family. She had the opportunity to work with one of television’s greats, Brandon Tartikoff, working as his Executive Assistant for two years as he served as Chairman of New World Entertainment. She then worked as a Creative Executive for another Hollywood heavyweight, Michael Ovitz, first at the Walt Disney Company and then over the next four years, as he formed and developed his new company, Artists Management Group. Kathleen was made Director of Creative Affairs for Artists Television Group, and was involved in the development of numerous sitcoms, one hour dramas, and reality shows for various networks.
