LEED study process

Hello EcoHomeDesign!

I asked the same question not long ago to my friends at Fore Solutions, Portland, Maine. They are one of the designated 3rd party certifiers for the USGBC and its LEED programs. They recommended contacting the USGBC (www.usgbc.org) and ordering the 'manual' in the specific test you are looking to take. Currently, as I write, there are only three tests you can take; LEED-CI (Commercial Interiors), LEED-NC (New Construction), LEED-EB (Existing Buildings).

Good Luck

Use all your resources

The LEED Exam has undergone some changes. The usgbc.org website is a great resource. There are also a lot of sites who have free sample exams, these helped me tremendously and I attribute that for me passing the test. Also, I enrolled in Clean Edison's (cleanedison.com) LEED course in Houston and I cannot say good enough things about them. The instructors are very knowledgeable as they also are LEED APs and though the course was intensive it was well worth the time.. I was also given access to a job database and 4 practice/mock tests.among other extras. I highly recommend them.
