hands free faucet

A reader recently emailed us this question:

I would like to change my kitchen faucet to a hands free faucet, but am having trouble finding one (I'm in San Jose). Do you have any recommendations for one that is actually practical for kitchen use and has a flexible coil that allows the faucet to detach?
