Mainstream Green

Looking for something to satisfy your green TV craving between episodes of Building Green Season One?

Today is your lucky day, because those of you lucky enough to own a video iPod or iPhone can catch the first two episodes of On Networks' "Mainstream Green."

(You can also watch it on your computer -- which is what we're doing.).

The episodes are only 4 to 6 minutes long and will cover issues like insulation and integrated pest management. On Network describes the digital show as a mix between an HGTV program and "This Old House."

From the On Network site: Hosted by high-performance homebuilder Alex Pettitt, Mainstream Green engages, informs and educates viewers about everything green, from the nitty-gritty of insulation to the big picture of master-planned communities. By providing inspiration and information on how to become more involved in earth-friendly alternatives, Mainstream Green encourages viewers to explore avenues and incentives that save them money, improve their health, and make their world a little better.

Check it out and let us know what you think!
