I've just begun exploring

I've just begun exploring what it would take to be an environmentally friendly developer, and I think what this gent has done is fantastic! I love the modern design and I like that it's kind and considerate to the environment.

However, for this to work on a larger scale in states like Texas (where the real estate market hasn't gone off the deep end), the price points need to be down around $110 to $125 per sq. ft. to make sense. $310/sq. ft. is luxury high-rise territory here in Dallas!

Steve, if you're reading this, look me up- I'd like to find out what it would take to break into the North Texas market with this kind of technology.

Thanks for taking this on - I hope that more developers begin to think in terms of our resources and our impact on the planet and not just about their economic bottom line.
