TerraCycle sued by Scotts Miracle-Gro

Thanks Jenni and Stephanie for your kind words. The lowly worm needs all the friends he can get! This lawsuit threatens our very existence, so it is vital that people spread the word. As we've yet to turn a profit, we have little money to advertise or do big marketing campaigns so we appreciate all the eco-freaks out there who support us. We are just getting started on Building Green but look for updates on the lawsuit and more coming soon!

I read about this not too long ago. TerraCyle seems like a standup company with a sense of humor (how refreshing). Hopefully this will be resolved and it will end up actually benefiting the little guys -- a little free publicity never hurt anyone.
